Subaru Australia has confirmed local pricing and specifications for the 2024 Subaru BRZ, which is on sale now with the first deliveries commencing in January 2024. Chief among the 2024 upgrade for the BRZ is a new tS model that adds new suspension and other handling upgrades, while all BRZs fitted with manual transmissions now feature the same level of active safety equipment as automatics, including kit like auto emergency braking (AEB) and lane keeping assistance. Pricing for the upgraded BRZ range now starts at $43,790 plus on-road costs, an increase of $3,500 compared to the 2023 BRZ.

Blair Read, Managing Director of Subaru Australia, said: “The BRZ has earned a reputation as a driver’s car thanks to its superb engineering. We are therefore excited to add to the BRZ offering for Australian drivers the best performing and handling BRZ ever with the tS.”

“The addition of EyeSight Driver Assist technology into manual transmission variants enhances the 2024 BRZ range. Not only does this offer more specification for customers, but also reaffirms Subaru’s continuous commitment to prioritising vehicle safety.”

Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert were already standard across the range.

Cosmetic changes include gloss black exterior mirror covers, tS badging, a red and black interior, a red starter button and a red instrument cluster with an STi logo.
