FCA and PSA to Merge, Forming Stellantis

FCA, group owner of Fiat, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Dodge, and Alfa Romeo, and PSA, which comprises Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Opel, and Vauxhall, is to be named Stellantis after a merger.
